Swatch: Drugstore Highlighter
For having an oily skin, I shouldn't have been bothered with finding products to "highlight" my face, as it tends to do its job quite naturally. However, I still think highlighting is as important as contouring, to accentuate areas you want to pop and gives your face more dimension when it comes to makeup.
Still, I wasn't ready to splurge on it. So I went the usual route, drugstores.
After contemplating for a while, going in & out of plenty of drugstores, reading plenty of reviews, I've finally settled with these two products.
Reserve Your Cabana is sold for around $4-$5 at my local drugstore and I believe Tiki is about $9-$10 at Walmart. So far I'm happy to report they didn't break me out and I really like the quality these product have so if you're looking for affordable and good quality drugstore highlighters, these two are definitely try-worthy.
Thanks for reading.

Review & Swatches: Wet'n'Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Palette in Drinking A Glass of Shine & Sparkle 'Til Morning
This post would be a review for two limited edition Color Icon eyeshadow palettes from Wet'n'Wild. I was thrilled to see they came out with one all mattes palette and I believe there is another one with the release that I didn't pick up.
The palettes I got are:
- Drinking A Glass of Shine
- Sparkle 'Til Morning
The pigmentation is awesome, it's buttery smooth but not too smooth that it will flakes. I would totally recommend these if you can still find them in your local drugstores (I found mine at Walgreens), I think they run for about $5 per palette.
Thank you for reading & for next post I have some holiday nail polishes I can't wait to share with you :) Til next time!!!

Product Focus: Wet n Wild Megalast Matte Lipstick
Can a girl have too many lipsticks?
Obviously not. Or at least my evil inner voice said so.
I am always a fan of Wet'n'Wild ever since they came out with this Color Icon line, and the pacesetter of this line is (in my humble opinion) their matte lipsticks. As much as I love my creme finish, there were days when I feel like wearing a totally matte lipstick. A non drying one, of course. Now, Wet'n'Wild give you not only the whole range of matte lippies called Wet'n'Wild Megalast Lipcolor Lipsticks, but also the insanely remarkable color payoff.
Sounds good to be true? Well, they also cost $2.99 per tube. BAM.
I managed to
So without further ado, here are the colors I have -for now- .
The only annoying thing is their packaging, actually the name was placed on the plastic wrapper so when you rip it open and get rid of it, the name's gone. Having said that, the numbers are available on the bottom of each tube so you can just Google them if you like.
Now the swatches...
Mauve Outta Here was purchased solely on the name itself. It does look close to Smokin' Hot Pink, which is a gorgeous, gorgeous, hot pink...only with warmer undertone. Cherry Bomb is such a cool vampy color which I featured in my Holy Grail Red Lipstick post.
They're all available in your local drugstore and I actually heard they're coming out with a bunch of new colors. I'd say go check them out and let me know which one is your favorite color.
Toodles~

Trying out Wet'n'Wild palette
Greetings earthlings,
The lack of post in this blog has turned from an issue to a habit so I don't even want to waste your time by apologizing for my negligence.
Lately I've worn so many neutrals and Wet'n'Wild Comfort Zone palette has been the one that I frequently reach for. I found the name "Comfort Zone" is suitable because you can basically go no wrong with these color selections. For this look I used:
