EOTD: Autumn Bronze with Inglot

As the fall weather started to kick in, I felt the need to celebrate the color of autumn leaves. I tried to incorporate Inglot pigment #63 with some gorgeous warm pigments from Heavenly Naturals and other products. I can't stress enough how I love Heavenly Naturals pigments as they're super pigmented and very easy to blend.

Here's the list of product I used :

Inglot pigment #63 (all over lid)
Inglot single eyeshadow #615 (inner corner & highlight)
Heavenly Naturals Desire (above crease)

MAC Blacktied e/s (on the crease)

Product Focus: Inglot Cosmetic

I am pretty lucky to be able to try this Polish brand makeup. I did international swap with a friend from Malta and Inglot is available at where she lives. I have heard news about how comparable Inglot is to MAC in terms of quality and looking at their store & product pictures HERE, I can tell that they're a one to watch.

Product & Review
Inglot has around 450 eyeshadows, 2o0 lip products, 250 nail colors, more than 20 eyeliners, and tremendous range of shades for face product. The cool thing about this company is that you can customize your own palette, which face & eye products can be mixed.

I received their Loose Pigment and 3 of their Single Eyeshadow Pans. The eyeshadows that I received are already in the trio palette and they are: #615 (beige vanilla color), #631 (olive green color) and #628 (golden orange color). The eyshadows apply smoothly, just like MAC and they blend like a dream.

The Loose Pigment I got is #63, a nice rusty orange color. The pigments remind me of MAC's, they're on coarser side but applies gorgeously when foiled.

Swatch
I did only the pigment swatches but feel free if you're curious about the eyeshadows. Anyway, the pigments are applied dry, on top of black base (NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Black Bean) and foiled (wet). It's interesting to see how the color seem to change a little (less warm) on the black base. Foiling makes a huge different as it makes the pigment looks like a metal.

Availablity
The last time I've heard they're available in NYC area but I'm not sure about other places. If you have Inglot store near you, I'd suggest to check it out at least for their quality. I do think this company is very promising and would love to try more of their product if I can find the stores around me.

Product Focus: Guerlain Divinora Radiant Colour Palette

I did a swap with my lovely virtual friend Lara who lives in Malta. I sent her some of yummy smelling goodies and she sent me a couple of gorgeous European brand makeups.

The awesome looking quad on the left is by Guerlain. I know Guerlain is one of the oldest perfume house in the world and it's based in France.

This palette is called Divinora Radiant Colour and the one I got is in Touche de Bronze.

I can't stop staring at the gold plated packaging, it's very pretty. The case is very sturdy, and there's a "Guerlain" carved in the middle bottom part of the opening.



Packaging

As I mentioned, the case is ultra sturdy and pretty. The gold color just makes it look so expensive & classy. It has an inside mirror and sponge tip applicator. On the bottom you can find
logo, brand and palette name.

Color

This palette contains of 4 colors and they're all very interesting. The "bronze" isn't really warm based bronze but instead it has an olive tint. I absolutely love these and I can see wearing them a lot in the future since they're pretty subdued.

Pigmentation & Swatches


The 4 colors are varied in terms of finish, the lightest & darkest color has more shimmer (and harder in texture) whereas the other two looks more matte and softer.

They're very pigmented and easily buildable. I really like the darkest greyish dark olive because it has the coolest sparkle and it would look awesome for outer V or even as a liner.

Back from Europe

I'm back from vacation !!! omg, feels like a long time (uh, probably it's been a long time lol) How are you guys???? I didn't shop at all in Europe because it was so freaken expensive and I just wanted to sightseeing & enjoying the different scenery.

this lippy has the similar payoff & consistency with MAC Slimshine
but I love this one better just cos it's less expensive =)
