Kat Von D Beethoven Palette

I took advantage of Sephora 15% off Beauty Insider sale along with the GC I've gotten as Chrismas present, I've been holding off the gift certificate for 4 months!!! It's always giving me headache to choose which one to get as there are so many new stuffs coming out this season at Sephora, but my eyes were always finding its way back to this gorgeous palette which I've been lemming.

I watched L.A Link waaaay before Kat Von D was even famous, I always thought DANG that chick is hawt (apparently I'm 76% lesbian if they're funny with big boobies *w00t*) and I sincerely adored her work. I remember Kat drew this women's back a picture of her mother and I almost cried over the details Kat did and how amazingly close the tattoo looked with the picture.

Anyway, I bought her True Romance Eyeshadow Palette in Beethoven. When I saw it at Sephora when they just launched the line, it was love at first sight. Or love at first swatch.
=D

Another thing I love about these lines, is the DETAIL. On her interview she admitted that these makeup lines are her artwork, just like her tattoos, so she worked hard to make them as detailed and presentable as she could. Just check out these pictures

Pretty black box with Rose (Kat's mothers first name is Rosa) Petals

When you open, you can see there's stars printed under the cover
(you can find these stars at Kat's temple)
The palette is nicely wrapped with black-silvery paper & sealed

This gotta be the prettiest palette you've ever seen!!!!
The roses are in silver paint over matte black case.

~Pretty colors~

The name of each colors were on the back
(Galeano is actually Kat's mother middle name ^^)

So far nothing bad I can say about this palette, the pigmentation is awesome, the colors are blendable, the matte shadows (Lucifer & Leather) are also super smooth & pigmented. I can see many EOTDs coming ^^ stay tuned!!!
