I went to see a movie "Shutter" today, it was a remake after a Thailand's version with the same title...I've watched the original movie and thought it's the scariest Thai horror movie I've ever seen. Well, story-wise maybe...that contributes alot in a horror movie, i.m.o, and I think Shutter has a great story line. I must say the Hollywood version actually works too, they changed the story a little bit, but overall it is a great job capturing the original idea (although I think the ghost isn't that scary...-_-) and it was nice to see Joshua Jackson after a while hehehe.
So I came home after walking around Ala Moana with Aaron (he's such a great bf, waiting for me doing swatches @ Sephora & M.A.C) and decided to swatch some of my eyeshadows I bought recently.

Is Aloha brown? I've been eyeing that color for awhile. Oh, so my friends and I decided to go to Kauai. But when we looked at the activities prices..OMG...it's so expensive!

Aloha is a pearl iridescent color with a taupe hint :) it makes a gorgeous highlight.
I've never been to Kauai but yeah those things can be pricey, the best thing to do is go to the "activity corner" at your hotel and ask them for group discount. You'll love it, tho...nature's very pretty, but as i mentioned you prolly can see more @ Big Island Hawai'i :D

hey-yo! thanks for the swatches...I just can't help feel giddy as I ordered internationally at Cherry Culture and it will take 2-3 x longer than you guys...I want my e/s , jumbo crayons, etc...NOW! hahahha I'm so excited and I want to hit myself as I wanted to order their lipglosses and lipstick, I ordered on the last day of 20% off that's why I wasn't able to research more!!! uuggghhh..if I order again another $20 just for shipping..not worth it! haaayyyy

waiting for goodies is frustrating sometimes, and you know what, I made an order for Cherry Culture a day BEFORE the sale starts.
yup, i was pretty bummed, but then some of items i wanted were out of stock so i decided to make another order during the sale. one thing i dont regret is i bought bunches of NYX single e/s before the sale so they were still $2.80 ... at least that cheered me up hehehe
